Hopefully things will sort out and Sohar will be what it has always been i.e "Sohar so good".   Indian Social Club, Sohar was inaugurated by H.E the Indian Ambassador, Shri Anil Wadhwa on 20th April'2010. We will be completing 1 year of the club soon. However due to the unavoidable circumstances ISC, Sohar has not been conducting any socio-cultural activities since the last 2 months. The weather has been perfect so far this year and we could have organized good open air events, but it was not to be. However as soon as the situation improves we have a few events lined up.   The Executive Committee of ISC, Sohar is pleased to invite all of you to the Annual General Body meeting of I.S.C, Sohar on Friday, 29th April 2011 in Al Nahdha old office complex (on the service road to Safeer Hypermarket) at 6 p.m. The counters for registration etc. will open at 5 pm. It is also our endevour to try to distribute membership cards to all members that day. So please come early for that.   Apart from presenting the annual report and the audited accounts for 2010-11 we propose to have an interactive session with our members. Please submit the issues you would like to be included in the agenda in writing with your ISC, Sohar membership number (available at our website www.iscsohar.com) latest by Friday, 22nd April 2011 to the Hon. General Secretary, Mr Sunil Sharma (Mobile no. 92808104) in person or by e-mail to isc.sohar@gmail.com. Please write Agenda and your name in the Subject while sending the mail. Only the issues sent prior and in time will be discussed in the AGM.   Of course tea, coffee and snacks will be there !!!!!!!!   The above Annual General Body meeting is subject to cancellation at short notice in view of the prevailing situation mentioned above.    With warm regards and hoping to see all of you at the AGM.   Dr Rajiv Tandon Hon.
