Dear Friends,

The 4th edition of the Antakhshri event conducted on Friday, 6th Dec. was a great success. 25 teams of 3 member each took part with the amphitheater having a capacity of 400 overflowing. On behalf of the Executive Committee of ISC, Sohar I wish to thank Mr. Ramesh Mani, CEO, Majan Glass and Mrs. Namita Gupta of IMCO for hosting the event so very well. Thanks are also due to the sponsors of the event RBK (Nivea), Majan Glass and Gulf Acrylic (Shamal Plastics) for the prizes and also to Al Nahdha group of companies, Majan Glass and Al Namoo Private School for the logistical support.

Coming up next is the cultural evening "Colours of India" on Friday, 13th Dec. 2013 in Al Nahdha Garden, Sohar. It gives me great pleasure to inform all that H.E, the Ambassador of India Shri. J.S Mukul has accepted our invitation and will be the Chief Guest for the evening. Lot of group entries have been received for the event and all are requested to come to encourage the performers.

All participating group leaders are requested to please hand over a small write-up as well as music for your programme to Mrs. Sonali Khare @ 95163932 in a labeled USB Flash Drive preferably tomorrow i.e. Tuesday 10th Dec. 7.00 pm onwards at the venue. Also from Tuesday the venue / stage will be available for practice and rehearsals in the evening.
