Badminton, Table Tennis Indian Social Club, Sohar announces an Open Badminton
and Table Tennis tournament to be held simultaneously on Friday, 29th October
2010 from 3 pm onwards. The events will be held indoors in the excellent air
conditioned, covered hall of Sohar Sports Complex. We have taken the hall on
rent for the duration with due permission from the concerned authorities. The
entries in both Badminton and Table Tennis competetion will be in
3 Single categories ofs of age
and adults.
Each category will have both male and female competitions seperately. A
particular single category event will take place subject to a minimum of 12
participants in that category. In badminton we will have doubles competition in
both categories of males and female (Any age).
This is subject to minimum of 8 teams in each category of doubles. No double
competition in Table Tennis.
Entry fee will be charged from each participant to cover expenses.
R.O 1/- for members of ISC, Sohar and
R.O 2/- for Non-members per event.
Participants will have to bring their own racquets, ISC, Sohar will provide the
badminton shuttles and T.T balls.
