Entries for the tournament along with the
entry fee and name of captain / manager may be given at the earliest to Mr. Nell
Vaz (99004413) or to Mr. Asim Mohd. (92839039) on any day after 6 pm. The
last day for giving entries is Sunday, 3rd Nov. 2013. Entry
is considered given only once money has been paid as the T-shirts have to be
ordered. Any entry received after 3rd Nov. does not guarantee T-shirt
with company name on it.
Name of the corporate team as well as T-shirt sizes
and names of players along with contact details of the captain / manager may be
given to the Sports Committee members (Mr. Nell Vaz & Mr. Asim Mohd.) and / or send by e-mail toisc.sohar@gmail.com at the earliest after money has been
paid. As time is short I
request all to help us by giving entries ASAP preferably by Thursday / Friday for us
to iron out things over the weekend.
To accept entries and details of
players etc. directly we will also be available in the office of ISC, Sohar
in Al Nahdha garden on Friday, 1st Nov. from 3 pm to 4 pm. Receipts will also be
issued on the spot.
