Independence Day Celebrations - 2015
The Executive Committee of Indian Social Club, Sohar plans to celebrate the
69th Independence Day on Saturday, 15th August 2015. The evening will
consist of rendering of
patriotic songs in any language either single or as a group. The
evening also will feature "A
parade of Indian History"whereby everyone kids included can dress up as
an Indian Historical figure and present the same on stage.
The event will be held in Al Nahdha Gardens. All those interested in taking part
whether child or adult in either the of the two events i.e. Singing event or the
Fancy Dress please register for the same with any Executive Committee member or
specifically with Mr. Sreekumar 92515803, Mr. Ravishankar 99366597 or Mrs.
Sonali Khare 95163932 latest by the evening of Tuesday,
11th August.
The participation for the event is free and open to all whether member
or non-member.
