This is a reminder for all to join us for the Ladies day cum Fashion Fiesta on
Friday, 10th Jan. in Al Nahdha Garden. The various competitions are Rangoli,
Kollam, Mehndi (Henna) and Nail painting. On the same day we are having a
fashion fiesta in various categories. A special ramp has been created for this
purpose. A photograph of the ramp made is attached.
All are welcome to take part includingISC, Sohar members, non-members and
other nationalities. The various categories & themes of the Fashion Fiesta are
1. Teenage girls (Above 13 years) - Brides of India
2. Teenage boys (Above 13 years) - Grooms of India
3. Adult male - Ethnic / Indian costume or dress
4. Adult female - Ethnic / Indian costume or dress
5. Adult male - Western wear or from any part of the world
6. Adult female - Western wear or from any part of the world
7. The show stopper event is a COUPLE WALK in any dress

for each event category is 500 baiza for members and R.O 2/- for non-members.
The last date of submission of entries is 6 pm on Thursday, 9th Jan. 2014.
Minimum 8 entries per category. In case we do not receive sufficient entries for
at least 3 categories in Ladies events as well as for the Fashion fiesta the
event will be cancelled / postponed to another date. So please give your entries
ASAP.
Please become members as soon as possible as we are having the members only
picnic and only those who renew their membership or become new members by that
time will be eligible for the picnic. Please circulate this post to all your
